  • All Signers Present: Any individual whose signature requires notarization must be physically present in our office during the signing session. Notaries cannot execute files without verification.
  • Originals Required: For copy-certifications (e.g. certifying a copy of a diploma or corporate agreement), you must bring the original document so our notary public can verify the duplicate.
