Last Updated: July 15, 2026

At iPride Notary, Fingerprinting & Apostilles, we value the trust you place in us when sharing your personal details and sensitive documents. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information across our website (ipridenotary.com), GHL/LeadConnector form entries, and remote online or in-person signing appointments.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through online forms, booking tools, email, telephone, or during the performance of professional notary, fingerprinting, and apostille services:

Important: LiveScan Fingerprint Storage

For LiveScan fingerprinting services, biometric fingerprint data is captured solely for direct transmission to the Nevada Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the FBI. iPride Notary does not store or archive raw fingerprint files locally on our systems.

2. SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

If you check our SMS consent opt-in box on our booking or quote forms, you consent to receive SMS notifications, updates, and scheduling alerts from us.

SMS Consent Sharing Exclusion:
We value your privacy. Your phone number and SMS consent opt-in details will never be shared with or sold to third-party companies, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message messaging and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

4. Cookies & Web Tracking

We use basic cookies to enhance website navigation, recall form entries, and analyze traffic patterns. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site trackers. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though some features (such as appointment booking tools) may require them to function correctly.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect sensitive client documents and identification files. Audio-video RON recordings are stored in secure, encrypted repositories in compliance with Nevada state regulations for the mandatory retention period (typically 7 to 10 years).
