Terms of Service | iPride Notary, Fingerprinting & Apostilles

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before scheduling any services or utilizing the online booking tools provided by iPride Notary, Fingerprinting & Apostilles ("iPride", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. General Services

iPride Notary provides in-office, mobile (traveling), and Remote Online Notary (RON) services, LiveScan and ink card fingerprinting, international apostille processing, document retrievals, and translations. Angelica Pride is a bilingual (English/Spanish) NNA certified, bonded, and background-checked Notary Public commissioned in the State of Nevada.

2. Mobile (Traveling) Notary Fees & Travel Disclosures

For mobile appointments (where we travel to your office, residence, hospital, or jail location):

Travel Fees: A mobile travel fee is calculated and agreed upon at the time of booking. This travel fee covers travel costs and administrative time.
Cancellation / No-Show: Travel fees are non-refundable if a mobile notary arrives at the location and the signing cannot proceed due to:
- Unavailability or absence of the signer or witnesses.
- Lack of valid, government-issued photo identification for any signer.
- Lack of mental capacity or willingness of the signer to sign the document.

3. Remote Online Notarization (RON) Requirements

To complete a Remote Online Notarization, signers must meet the following technology and legal requirements:

Hardware: A computer, tablet, or smartphone equipped with a functional camera, microphone, and stable high-speed internet connection.
Verification: Signers must pass a multi-factor identity verification process, which includes credential analysis (verification of a US government-issued photo ID) and knowledge-based authentication (KBA) questions.
KBA Failure: If a signer fails the KBA verification questions within the allowed attempts, the session will be terminated, and a re-scheduling fee may apply.

4. LiveScan & Fingerprinting Disclosures

LiveScan and ink card fingerprint scans are completed using digital systems or official FD-258 cards. Signers are responsible for bringing correct and current agency codes, ORI numbers, or instruction sheets from their licensing board. iPride Notary is not responsible for fingerprint rejection due to customer submission of incorrect agency routing codes.

5. Payment Terms & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service unless corporate invoicing accounts have been established in writing beforehand. We accept major credit cards, digital payments, and cash (in-office). All apostille processing fees, Secretary of State filing fees, and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once documents have been submitted to the Secretary of State or Department of State.

Angelica Pride and the staff of iPride Notary are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada or any other state. We are not authorized to give legal advice, represent you in legal matters, or accept fees for giving legal advice or document selection. If you have questions about the legal effects of your document, please consult a licensed attorney.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted directly to this page and take effect immediately.
